How fast can you react to the escaping sheep? Silvergames has a new action game called Reaction Time Test. You are challenged to catch the escaping sheep by hitting them with a tranquilizer dart that is fired by clicking your mouse. After you’ve caught all the escaping sheep a pop up box shows you how fast your reaction time is and rates you on a scale from turbo-charged cheetah to sluggish snail. While the game sounds simplistic, it is actually quite challenging.
After a dozen or so attempts to improve on the scale, you quickly become addicted. It took me nearly 10 minutes to go from sluggish snail to ambling armadillo. When given your reaction time you are also given suggestions on how to improve, like getting a cup of coffee. Who is to say that your reaction time would improve with caffeine or more practice, Reaction Time Test is soon to be a favorite for workers fighting the 3:00 slump. Don’t worry though silvergames.com has issued a disclaimer that no sheep were harmed during the making of this game.
